Learn about funnels, how they are configured, and how they work for you!
What is a funnel, exactly? A post-purchase funnel is a series of up to two offers that will be displayed to your customers after checkout. The funnel can be displayed based on what was in the customer’s cart.
In the Funnels tab of the app, you can do the following:
- Create new funnels
- Edit funnels
- Delete funnels
- Copy funnels
- Search for a specific funnel
- Preview a funnel
- Sort funnels by priority, last updated, and date created
- Manage the priority of funnels
