Retroactive Points – Notify about retroactive points, and explain the reason.
Points Expired – Notify expired points, explain policy.
Points Expiring Soon – Warn about expiring points, encourage usage.
Reward Claimed (Discount) – Confirm discount claim, provide code.
Reward Claimed – Custom – Confirm custom reward, provide claim reference.
New Referral – Deliver referral link, explain offer.
