Fulfillment Hold

CartHook now supports fulfillment hold management for post-purchase offer (PPO) orders. By default, when an order enters a PPO state on Shopify, it is placed on hold for up to 1 hour - giving the customer time to interact with post-purchase offers before the order is fulfilled.


CartHook allows you to configure when the fulfillment hold is released automatically, based on a time threshold you set. CartHook can also place an order on hold in the event of a fraud review, giving your team time to assess the order before it moves forward.
