CartHook works with Shopify Flows, allowing it to connect and communicate with other apps in your Shopify ecosystem.
Flow Triggers — these fire automatically based on customer or merchant actions:
- Funnel activated – Triggers when a merchant activates a funnel
- Funnel offer accepted – Triggers when a customer accepts a post-purchase offer
- Funnel offer declined – Triggers when a customer declines a post-purchase offer
- TYP Offer accepted – Triggers when a customer accepts a thank-you page upsell offer
Flow Actions — these can be used to take action within a Flow:
- Send order offer analytics – Sends complete CartHook offer analytics for an order — including accepted, declined, revenue, and funnel data — to an external webhook URL
- Release fulfillment hold – Immediately releases a CartHook fulfillment hold on an order
- Extend fulfillment hold timer – Adds extra time to an active CartHook fulfillment hold
