This article outlines why specific Store Locator errors appear, and how to fix them.

No Stores Found
No stores found is typically indicative of geolocation issues. Geolocation (AKA geolocating) is the act of processing your store's pins within Google's APIs, so the pin is accurately placed on the map.
If your store's pins aren't being geolocated properly, this error will appear, and you will need to manually geolocate your store's pins.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- From the Store Locator app admin, select Manage Locations.
- Select Edit on the location you want to geolocate.
- Select Find My Store.
- Select Save.
Error Finding Your Address
Error finding your address. Please review your criteria and try again generally means that you are missing an API within your Google account.
The following APIs must be enabled in your Google account in order for Store Locator to work correctly on your site:
- Maps Embed API
- Maps JavaScript API
- Maps SDK for Android
- Maps SDK for iOS
- Maps Static API
- Street View Static API
- Geocoding API
- Geolocation API
These APIs can be enabled within the API Picker.

Google has Disabled Use of the Maps API
If you see Google has disabled use of the Maps API... when you navigate to the Store Locator page, it's usually due to a problem when you had set up the API key.
One reason this could occur is that a website address is in the referrers section, and this should be left blank.
If there's a URL in this referrer's field, you will need to remove it and then save.
Another reason this message may be showing is that Google Maps JavaScript API v3 is not turned on. You can select the status button to toggle it on.
This Page Can't Load Google Maps Correctly
This page can't load Google Maps correctly generally means that a billing method needs to be configured on your Google account.
- Go to the Google Cloud Platform Console.
Click the menu button and select Billing.
- Set up your billing account.
- If this is your first billing account, select Add billing account.
- If you already have a billing account, select Manage billing accounts.
