When accessing your Store Locator map on a desktop computer, you'll be provided with directions to get you from point A to point B.
When accessing your Store Locator map from a mobile device, you will see the option to get directions as well as other info such as: Your destination is x meters on your left/right.
Your mobile device typically has GPS (location services) enabled, so the device will use its GPS functionality to let you know how far along you are to your destination.
The information is gathered from Google and cannot be changed or edited within the app to allow for it to appear on a non-GPS/location services enabled device.
