SC Product Options allows you to connect your options to existing Shopify variants to help you keep track of inventory during fulfillment.

Add Inventory Tracking

SC Product Options allows you to track your product's inventory.

Enable Inventory Checking allows your options to automatically grey themselves out when out of stock, preventing new customers from purchasing the product.

1. From within Product Options, select Settings > Display Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Under Inventory Checking, select the Enable Inventory Checking checkbox.
3. Select Save.

Note: The Track quantity has to be enabled for the product variant in Shopify, so the Inventory Tracking can work properly.

Add SKUs to Priced Options

Connecting a SKU to a hidden options product displays the SKU on your customer's order when it's added to the cart and purchased.

1. From within SC Product Options, select Options in the top navigation bar.
2. Select Edit next to the option set you'd like to adjust, then Edit next to the option you're making changes to.
3. Select View in store to edit.

   
   

4. Scroll down to Variants and click on the Edit button next to the variant.
   

5. Enter a SKU in the appropriate field in the Inventory section. Repeat for each SKU you want to create.
   
   
   

6. For inventory tracking purposes please enable Track quantity .

7. Select Save.
