Overview
SC Product Options offers a wide variety of options that you can offer to your customers.
On the premium plan of SC Product Options, you will have access to conditional logic. Conditional logic allows you to create rules that show and hide additional options based on your customer's selections.
If your product has multiple options but some of the options are only available once a customer chooses a specific option, then this is a great feature to use.

FAQs
Can I add conditional logic to a product if the product is in more than one option set?
A product should not be used in more than one option set if it's being used for conditional logic, as this can cause issues with trying to set the correct show and hide functionality on the storefront.
Can conditional logic be copied from one option set to another?
Conditional logic cannot be copied and pasted from one option set to another. The conditional logic must be created from scratch for each individual option set.
Can I use show and hide rules on the same option?
We recommend against using both show and hide for the same option type. The app knows to do the opposite if the condition is not met.
Can I use the same option type in multiple conditional logic rules?
While it is possible to add the same option type into multiple conditional logic rules, we recommend against this as it can cause contradicting rules on the storefront.
How long does it take for new rules and changes to existing rules to appear on the storefront?
New rules and changes to existing rules can take usually up to an hour to appear on the storefront due to caching.
In order to resolve this, the cache must be cleared, and this can only occur within the hour it takes for conditions to sync.
If you notice that your rule changes aren't appearing on the storefront within this timeframe, please visit Product Options Not Displaying and follow the steps for clearing the cache.
