Overview

SC Loyalty Rewards allows you to offer your customers points for purchases, which they can then use to purchase discounts towards future orders.

This functionality allows you to create flexible rewards in the stores default currency, offer promotions, campaigns, and referral programs for your customers, right on a convenient widget on your storefront!


Price Plans

SC Loyalty Rewards offers different features depending on the price tier you select. There may be some features that are not available on some of the lower plans, and also some features that may have limited functionality on lower plans.


The SC Loyalty Rewards app tracks usage based on the orders that you receive in your store. Every order that is made in your store is counted. Once you hit the order amount, you will be charged $10 for an additional 50 orders, and so-on once you hit the next order amount. On the Free Plan, the app will stop working once you hit the monthly order limit.

Do you offer Annual Plans?

We do not currently offer annual plans, we do plan to add annual plans in the future.


What are the overage charges?

The overage charges allow you to continue using the app even if you have hit the order limit. Once you hit the order limit, you will be charged $10 for your next order. This will increase your limit by an additional 50 orders. After you hit that limit again, you will be charged another $10 for an additional increase. This resets every month.


Note: If you hit the Referred Order limit on the Free plan, the app will stop working until the next month, there are no overage charges on the Free plan.


Can I freeze my plan?

You are not able to freeze your plan, however you can downgrade to the free plan to continue using the app.


What happens when I downgrade my plan?

You will lose access to any features that are gated or limited. As an example, if you downgrade from the Growth plan to the Free plan, your customers won't be able to access the perks they receive from the Customer Tiers feature.


Can I cancel my SC Loyalty Rewards subscription?

To cancel your SC Loyalty Rewards subscription,  you can either downgrade to the Free plan, or remove the app from Shopify. You can do this from your Shopify store's settings > Apps and Sales Channels, and just click on "uninstall".


Grandfathered Plans

These new plans were implemented as of February 22, 2024. If you installed the app before this date, you may be on one of our previous plans. Some things to note about these plans:


  • The usage charges were based on active members (an active member was a customer who had at minimum 1 point).
  • Once you upgrade to the new plans, you will not be able to downgrade to one of the previous plans.

We also had a Free Unlimited Promotional Plan available between December 6th, 2023 - February 22, 2024.


Important Note about Grandfathered Plans: New features may not be available for grandfathered plans as they are released. To gain access to these features, you will need to upgrade to one of our new plans.
