If background hidden products associated with option add-on fees remain in your Shopify product catalog after deleting an option set, follow these steps.
Step 1: Understand Hidden Product Behavior
This is normal behavior. Deleting an option set in the app does not automatically purge background draft/hidden products from your main Shopify Admin.
Step 2: Manually Delete Unused Products
Go to Shopify Admin > Products.
Manually delete any unused hidden or draft products that are no longer associated with an active option set.
Step 3: Filter Your Catalog to Find Draft Products
Use the Draft status filter on your Shopify Products page to easily locate and review all hidden products for deletion.
