Quick Start Guide

You can launch your loyalty program in just 5 simple steps:

1. Email Consent
   • Go to Settings > Email Consent
   • Choose whether to receive product updates or marketing emails (optional)
   • Save your selection

2. Set Up How Customers Earn Points
   • Go to Earning Rules > Order Earning Rule
   • Enable the rule
   • Set earning logic (example: 1 point per $1 spent)
   • Save your changes

3. Create a Reward
   • Go to Rewards > Coupon Rewards > Order Discounts
   • Create a simple discount reward (example: $5 off for 500 points)
   • Save the reward

4. Enable the Storefront Widget
   • Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize
   • Turn on Keystone Loyalty Widget under App embeds
   • Customize design and save

5. Activate the Loyalty Program
   • Go to Loyalty Program Settings
   • Confirm earning rules, widget, and at least one reward are enabled
   • Toggle the program to ON and save

Your loyalty program is now active. Customers can begin earning and redeeming points.

What to do next
• Add more earning rules (signup, birthday, referrals, social actions)
• Offer more types of rewards (free shipping, gift cards, product-specific discounts)
• Set up tiers, notifications, exclusion rules, or manage data imports/exports
• Continue monitoring and adjusting the program to fit your goals
