Retroactive Points

Retroactive Points is a one-time feature that allows you to award loyalty points for past customer actions, before your loyalty program or specific earning rules were enabled. This ensures loyal customers are recognized for their previous engagement.


Once the retroactive job is completed, the feature will be automatically removed from your dashboard and cannot be run again. If you have already imported point balances from another system, you can simply choose not to use this feature.
