Retroactive Points can be applied to:
| Earning Rule | Points Awarded For |
|---|---|
| Orders | Past completed orders, based on your current Order Earning Rule settings |
| Signup | Existing customer accounts, based on your Signup Earning Rule |
| Newsletter | Customers who subscribed before the program launched |
Each rule uses the current configuration and calculations you have set (e.g., points per $1 spent, minimum order value, etc.).
