In most cases, a store fails to load because the address provided is not a valid street address. To properly display a pin on the map, the app requires precise and accurate location information.
How, sometimes your stores failed to be located. A possible solution for your problem is described below.
1. You can easily identify and fix these stores using the filtering tools within your dashboard.
2. From the Shopify Admin, select Apps and open Store Locator.
3. Select Manage Locations.
4. At the top of the page, click the Filter dropdown and select Not Geolocated. This will display only the stores that are currently missing from your map.
5. Click on an individual store to open the Edit page.
6. Review the following fields for accuracy:
Address: Ensure the street name and number are correct.
City: Double-check the spelling.
Country: Ensure the correct region is selected.
7. Save changes.
Once the address is updated with valid information, the pin should automatically appear on your storefront map.
