The Where to Buy feature allows you to display a list or map of physical locations that carry your products directly on your Shopify product pages. This helps customers discover where they can purchase your items in-store, whether at your own retail locations or third-party stockists.
Assigning Products to Locations
1. From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
2. Select Store Locator.
3. Select Manage Locations.
4. Select one or more store locations from your list.
5. Select Associate Products.

6. Choose the products you would like to associate with those locations.

7. Confirm your selection.
Important Note
You can also assign or update products individually on the Edit Location page for any specific store.
1. Find Where to Buy Products field.
2. Select Pickup Products.

3. Save changes.

Customizing Display Settings
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Where To Buy Product.
3. Under Pickup Display Options, choose your preferred layout:
List View: Displays location details in a clean, text-based layout.
Map View: Displays store locations as interactive pins on a map.

4. Under Location Details, check the boxes for the information you want to display (e.g., Address, Phone Number, or Opening Hours).

5. Save changes.
Adding the "Where to Buy" Block
1. Open your Shopify Theme Editor.
2. Locate the Where To Buy app block.
3. Use the Auto-integrate button in the settings for one-click installation.
4. Customize the block’s style (fonts, spacing, text, colors) to match your theme.
Current Limitations
We are working intensively on improving our App. However, we do have certain limitations. Currently, you cannot...
- Show the map on all pages. The Where To Buy App Block only works on product pages. It won’t display correctly on pages like Home or About.Limit search results based on extra fields.
- Click on a location on the List View and open it in the Proxy Page. If you want this, then show the whole map in the Where To Buy App Block.
- Limit adding App Blocks only to products you related to a location. Once you add the block it will be visible on all product pages. Only the products which are related to a specific location will have the block displayed.
- Allow your customers to observe product stock status for a specific product in real time.
- Select a map layout in Display Settings, it needs to be set in an App Block itself.
