Is it possible to tag customers based on past months / years spend instead of lifetime spend?

Unfortunately, we don't currently have the ability to monitor the ongoing spending status for customers over a rolling period of time.  It has been discussed previously, but as yet, it's not something we plan to introduce in the short term. 

At present, we only have a criteria to analyze the Customer's total spend:
