There are 2 sets of old plans you can be on. All plans within these sets will remain functional for the foreseeable future. For the best experience, we recommend upgrading to our latest plans.
These plans were changed on the 25th of October 2023:

Some things to note about these plans:
- There were no overage charges, so if you hit the Referred Revenue limit, the app would stop working.
- The plans were based on Referred Revenue, rather than Referred Orders, if you had high-value products, this could hit the limit quickly.
- Once you upgrade to the new plans, you will not be able to come back down to the old plan.
For the above reasons, we highly recommend upgrading to the new plans.

What are the overage charges?
The overage charges allow you to continue using the app even if you have hit the order limit. Once you hit the order limit, you will be charged $10 for your next order. This will increase your limit by the amount listed in the table above (an additional 50 orders for the Growth plan, as an example). After you hit that limit again, you will be charged another $10 for an additional increase. This resets every month.
Note: If you hit the Referred Order limit on the Free plan, the app will stop working until the next month, there are no overage charges on the Free plan.
Can I stay on my free plan?
The free plan is only available to those who were already on the old free plan and is not available for new installers. While you can stay on a free plan, the current free plan has changed and the new free plan will need to be accepted. If the new free plan is not accepted by 21/11/24 00:00:00 UTC, your app will stop working. If you need help please contact support.

What is Referred Revenue?
All revenue coming from orders that are generated through referrals is considered Referred Revenue.
How does the commission usage charge limit work for the new free plan?
You only pay us, if our app is working for you.
Each order generated by a referral will be subject to a 10% commission. This limit is capped at $100.
Example:
- If you have $400 in referred revenue - you will pay $40 commission.
- If you have $500 in referred revenue - you will pay $0 commission (the maximum).
- If you have $1000 in referred revenue - you will pay $100 commission (the maximum).
