Conjured Referrals Price Plans and Billing FAQs

Conjured Referrals offer multiple pricing plans to allow you to get exactly what you need for a price you are willing to pay.

Here are the current pricing plans (all prices in USD):

* Once the referred revenue limit has been reached, a % Commission will be charged on the referred revenue after that but will be capped once you hit the usage charge limit.
Example: You are on the starter plan. You have a referred revenue limit of $200. This month you reached $450 in referred revenue. Therefore, you have exceeded the limit by $250 ($450 - $200).
The commission on this amount should be calculated as $250 x 8%, which equals $20 in usage charges. This is refreshed each billing period.

** Usage Charge Limit: Continuing on the example above, You will continue to pay usage charges until you reach the $400 limit. To reach the usage charge limit of $400 you would have had to exceed your referred revenue limit by over $5000 in a single billing period. Once you reach that $400 limit on the starter plan, the app will continue working, you will continue to receive referred revenue but no further commission will be charged.

What is Referred Revenue?
All revenue coming from orders that are generated through referrals is considered Referred Revenue.

Do you offer Annual Plans?

We do not currently offer annual plans, we do plan to add annual plans in the future.

What is the usage charge limit?

The Usage Charge Limit is the maximum amount you can be charged in commission fees when you exceed your plan’s referred revenue limit in a billing period. Once your usage charges reach this cap, no further commission fees will apply until the next billing cycle.

For example, if your starter plan's usage charge limit is $400, you’ll pay an 8% commission on any referred revenue that goes over your limit, but you will never be charged more than $400 in usage charges within that billing cycle, no matter how much extra referred revenue you generate.

Can I freeze my plan?

You are not able to freeze your plan.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

You will lose access to any features that are gated or limited. As an example, if you downgrade from the Growth plan to the Starter plan, we will automatically disable all integrations and any campaigns that offer the Free Gift as a reward.

Can I cancel my Conjured Referral subscription?

To cancel your Conjured Referral subscription, you can uninstall the app from your Shopify account. You can do this from your Shopify store's settings > Apps and Sales Channels and just click on "remove".

Grandfathered Plans

These new plans were implemented as of 6th November 2024. If you installed the app before this date, you may be on one of our previous plans. Look at this support article if you are on one of our old plans.
