Overview

The Customer Lookup allows you to see where your customers are located if they've used Find stores near this location. A pin will appear for each customer that has used this function within the last 6 months.

This data can be helpful if you're looking to open new stores or gather data on where your customers are located.

By default, you'll be able to see how many people have searched within a certain continent. From there, you can zoom in to see exactly what the postal/zip code location was.

As you continue zooming, you will see a more detailed map, showing the locations where people have searched for your store using a postal/zip code.
