Conjured Referrals offer multiple pricing plans to allow you to get exactly what you need for a price you are willing to pay.

Do you offer Annual Plans?

We do not currently offer annual plans, we do plan to add annual plans in the future.

What is a Referred Order?

A Referred Order is any order that Conjured Referrals has affected, this would be a friend using their discount code that is provided to them when they sign up or when an advocate redeems their reward for referring a friend.

What are the overage charges?

The overage charges allow you to continue using the app even if you have hit the order limit. Once you hit the order limit, you will be charged $10 for your next order. This will increase your limit by the amount listed in the table above (an additional 50 orders for the Growth plan, as an example). After you hit that limit again, you will be charged another $10 for an additional increase. This resets every month.

Note: If you hit the Referred Order limit on the Free plan, the app will stop working until the next month, there are no overage charges on the Free plan.

Can I freeze my plan?

You are not able to freeze your plan, however you can downgrade to the free plan to continue using the app.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

You will lose access to any features that are gated or limited. As an example, if you downgrade from the Growth plan to the Free plan, we will automatically disable any campaigns that offer Gift Cards or the Free Gift as a reward. We will also disable all campaigns except one campaign (the first one listed).

Can I cancel my Conjured Referral subscription?

To cancel your Conjured Referral subscription,  you can either downgrade to the Free plan, or remove the app from Shopify. You can do this from your Shopify store's settings > Apps and Sales Channels, and just click on "remove".

Grandfathered Plans

These new plans were implemented as of 25th October 2023. If you installed the app before this date, you may be on one of our previous plans. Some things to note about these plans:

• There were no overage charges, so if you hit the Referred Revenue limit, the app would stop working.
• The plans were based on Referred Revenue, rather than Referred Orders, if you had high value products, this could hit the limit quickly.
• Once you upgrade to the new plans, you will not be able to come back down to the old plan.
