Store has failed to be located on a Google Map

This article is about helping you with a geolocation problem that you are facing.


Your problem

The problem that you are currently facing is related to your stores not being able to get located on a Google Map.


What is the root cause of this problem?

In most of the cases, the address of a location is not properly provided, it isn't a valid street address.

So, in order to properly show your store on a Google map we need a valid information.


How to solve this?

Go to your application's homepage.

There should be a 'Manage Locations' card, click on it.



On the filter at the top of the page, select Not Geolocated, and that will show list of stores that are not geolocated. 



On the edit page, you will see a bunch of input fields that you can modify. But this time you should be focused on the Address field. Double-check your address and see if it is correct. Also, just in case check the country and city fields and see if the information correct in them.


After you make sure that the address, city, and country are correct feel free to head back to your website and check all the locations again.


This time you should have all the locations/pins loaded on a map.
