Hidden Product Was Accidentally Deleted

If a background hidden product associated with an option fee was deleted from your store, follow these steps to restore the option pricing.

Step 1: Reset the Option Value Pricing

1. Open the option set and select the affected option value.

2. Remove the pricing from the option value setting.

Step 2: Re-Add the Fee to Recreate the Hidden Product

1. Re-add the pricing to the option value using the Add Fee option.

2. The app will automatically generate a new hidden product to manage the fee.

3. Save your changes.

Step 3: Contact Support

• If the pricing issue persists after recreating the fee, contact support for assistance.
