Option Shadows Not Visible on Storefront

If drop shadows or elevation effects configured in the app are not showing up on your storefront, follow these checklist steps to make them visible.

Step 1: Check Shadow Settings

Verify that your shadow configuration is active and not set to "No Shadow".

Step 2: Check Background Contrast

Ensure there is sufficient contrast between the element shadow and the surrounding background color so the shadow effect stands out.

Step 3: Check for Theme Overrides

Inspect your active theme CSS to ensure theme styles are not overriding or hiding app shadows.

Step 4: Try a Stronger Shadow Setting

Increase shadow opacity or blur radius by selecting a stronger shadow preset/setting inside the app editor.
