Remove blocks when appropriate.
Unblock Customer
Remove a customer from the blocklist.
Process:
- Navigate to Fraud Protection
- Find customer in Blocked Customers list
- Click Unblock
- Confirm action
- Customer can now participate
Remove from Email Blocklist
Process:
- Navigate to Email Blocklist
- Find email in list
- Click Remove
- Confirm action
Remove from IP Blocklist
Process:
- Navigate to IP Blocklist
- Find IP in list
- Click Remove
- Confirm action
