When using SC Product Options (especially on Premium plans with complex/priced choices), Shopify stores options as Line Item Properties. On the internal Shopify Admin order page, these raw property strings may appear as code blocks.
ℹ️ Platform Limitation: Shopify processes line item properties in a specific way internally. We are currently unable to alter how Shopify displays raw line item properties inside the internal Shopify Admin interface.
Customer-Facing Resolution Steps:
Customer Email Notifications: ensure Step 9 of the liquid code installation guide was applied to your Shopify email templates.
Invoices & Packing Slips: If raw code appears on packing slips or Order Printer invoices, see our guide on [Resolving 3rd-Party App Conflicts] to strip options or format templates cleanly.
