Create and Edit Your Campaigns

Overview

Campaigns give you the ability to offer bonus points or point multipliers to your customers during a specific time frame.

Bonus Points are provided to your customers on a per-purchase basis. Point Multipliers take your customer's normal earnings on purchases during this time frame, and multiply them by the specified number.

 Pro-Tip

Campaigns are not required to allow your customers to earn points. This is determined through the app's earning rules.


Setup

  1. From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
  2. Select SC Loyalty Rewards Referrals.
  3. Select Campaigns.

    From the side navigation bar, select Campaigns (sixth one down)

  4. Select Create New Campaign.

    In the middle of the screen, select Create New Campaign

  5. Select the campaign type, enter an internal name, change the points multiplier/bonus points, and set the date range.

    Picture shows the campaign creation screen. At the very top, choose your Campaign Type (points multiplier or bonus points), below that set your Campaign Title, and below that enter in the number of points (multiplier, or number of bonus points). At the bottom is a calendar in which you can set your campaign's date range.

  6. Select Create Campaign.

    In the bottom-right corner, select Create Campaign

  7. To edit the campaign, select the ellipsis beside the campaign.

    To edit your campaign, on the far-right side of the campaign you're adjusting, select the ellipsis

  8. Select Edit Campaign.

    From the ellipsis menu, select Edit Campaign (first option from the top)

  9. Adjust the campaign settings accordingly and select Edit Campaign.

    Note: Campaigns can be turned off in bulk by selecting the toggle switch beside Campaigns are enabled. This will stop all campaigns from running on the storefront.

    Once you've made the necessary adjustments, select Edit Campaign in the bottom-right corner
