How AI Redirects automatically fixes your broken links (404s)

Modified on Mon, 15 Jun at 3:14 AM

Once it is on, AI Redirects fixes broken links for you in the background.

  • A 404 happens when a page is deleted, renamed, or moved while old links still point to it.
  • AI Redirects detects these broken links as shoppers reach them.
  • It finds the best matching live page and creates the redirect automatically when it is confident enough.
  • Every automatic redirect appears in the AI Redirects tab, with the original link, the destination, and the confidence score.
  • The configuration card shows a running total, for example “Generated 12 redirects this month”.
